Please fix subtitle support. When using chrome cast , the subtitles do not show up on the tv. Makes the app useless and subscription useless as my parents have hearing problems .

Not sure why everyone is giving the crave tv app a bad review. I have had no problems with it, on and off wifi. I signed in once and everything on my account loaded almost instantly. Also didnt have any problems streaming videos, like most people have. Not sure if they did an update since then but its worth a try if you use crave tv on any other device. Gave it a 4 star because nothing is perfect.

Doesnt keep track of episodes watched. Doesnt keep track of where I left off watching an episode. Restarts an episode that I was finished watching. No quick way of binge watching. Every time there is an update I have to sign in again. Look at Netflix for ideas.

I actually dig this program, works great over Apple TV, just over the fact it has Seinfeld and South Park, thats worth $10, no problem, BUT! When the app CONSTANTLY crashes, its sick, I cant even get through 30 seconds of any episode on my iPhone. I delete the app, and it wont reinstall, it just sits @ 1 oclock on the download wheel, and when it will download it a challenge 2 sign in. I seriously spent over an hour trying 2 work out this issue. I just deleted it.

Piece of craap. I like the content, but it logs you out all of the time. And unlike Shomi and Netflix, there are no profiles. If somebody else watches episodes you are out of sync.

I was quick to join Cravetv for the great content. The app and even their website are complete crap. Constant buffering and login issues. I hoped it was a case of growing pains and Cravetv would work out the bugs. That doesnt seem to be the case. Constant frustration with their service isnt worth the low $7.99/month. Im done until they fix the service.

I love the selection. There are great shows included that we dont see anywhere else. The suggestions I would have would be the ability to select episodes after starting to watch. The selection is only available the first time for some reason. The second suggestion would be to have a time limit selection. I like to fall asleep to whatever I watch and would like to have it turn off at whatever time I select.

App works fine but it sucks that theres no crave on ps4.

Horrible app and chromecast support is barely there. Terrible experience and makes watching more of a chore than a pleasure. No captions for chromecast and easy backwards and forwards would be appreciated

This app uses up data really, really fast, especially if you are a binge watcher. Netflix has a quality setting you can adjust to control this, but Crave TV does not seem to have an equivalent option. In just 11 days, I used well over 100 gigs. In a normal month of heavy streaming YouTube and Netflix (set to low quality), I usually use about 120 gigs. I dont like that I have to be so careful about using this too much to avoid expensive overage charges from my internet provider. They do have a fairly good selection of shows that Netflix doesnt have though.

So many great shows available, its kind of worth the headache to watch them! Im not having any issues with buffering. Once Im in the app, things are good. I have had issues signing in (said my password was wrong when I know it wasnt) and the app was being difficult when it came to clicking on the section I wanted to type in. The app does go from episode to episode and it has a resume feature but it is seriously lacking the "are you still watching" that Netflix introduced. Looking at previous reviews, it seems like the app is slowly getting better!

Compared to Netflix this app is really badly done. They have good show but its an annoyance to use. Ask you to login every now and then. Long to load. Playback feature badly done.

But theres no place to sign up, just sign in. Also, the help menu doesnt work right. Likely thrown together by IT students who will eventually be coding your buggy phones.

CraveTV is awesome. I dont have any problems.

Ok, Im kinda done with these apps. It was pretty ridiculous that were nearing the third iPhone release without any support on the new resolutions, but whatever. But now Ive been using this app and I cant get over how ridiculous it is. So, the Chromecast support is weak. Limited controls, I cant access any subtitles for the features, and it doesnt continue to the next episode. You need to get out of the remote, and start another episode, THEN cast it to the TV. Thats bad design. Thats not even the ridiculousness of how frustrating navigating seasons and episodes. This app needs a lot of work, but it seems Bell just wants to pat itself on the back for a lacklustre app and charge us like fools.

Login doesnt work currently, and when it did, it didnt stay logged in. Doesnt take advantage of screen real estate in bigger phones. By the way, I dont have a cat.

Stalls every two minutes. I signed up for the content but the streaming quality really sucks. Hopefully it will change because there is less and less on Netflix I want to watch.

Wont even let me sign in despite already having an account. (Claims my account does not exist.) Unless the app gets fixed I would not recommend it.
