The crave app works fine for me. Streaming initially takes a little to buffer, but otherwise its fine.

Seriously, I cant even log in because the virtual keyboard doesnt work. Seems like a pretty basic thing.

This app, after my second use, is claiming theres an ad blocker and so it has connection problems. I have no ad blocker and its their freaking APP, how could I install an ad blocker? Rather pathetic, and really disappointing as I think they have really great content, it just wont let me access it. I even deleted the app and reinstalled.

App prompts you to sign in and retype your username and password at each use. App is not optimized for the larger screen sizes of 6 & 6 Plus as evidenced by the large keyboard. Video control buttons and sliders are equally large and clunky. Episode selection is not well designed: you have to select the season, wait, then tap on "show more," then select an episode. Tapping on one of your favourite shows in the showcased "My Cravings" list merely resumes play of a single episode. There is no way from there to select a different episode of that show without having to go back and search for it it. The overall impression is this is not a sophisticated app. The Netflix app is far more slick and refined.

Nothing like getting billed for a service that I cant even login on. Put in your username and password over and over and says that you must enter your username. Screw you Bell!

Terrible app experience. Want to love it but its like no thought went into the UI. Content is good but almost not worth the hassle of shoddy nav.

This app is horrible, it pains me to have such superior content and not be able to watch it. Fix the app, its not that hard guys.

Crave has a good library and complements Netflix nicely. The app needs some work, though. The most glaring omission (of the service in general, as well as the app) is the lack of an option to have multiple profiles. My girlfriend and I have very different schedules, but enjoy some of the same shows. Unfortunately, with Crave, we need to track which episodes weve watched ourselves. This is not the case with Netflix and Shomi. Adding to this is that there does not seem to be an easy way to access a list of episodes for shows in the "My Cravings" list. In order for one of us not to pick up where the other left off, we need to find the show elsewhere in the app to bring up the list of episodes. The app can also be a little buggy. For example, when scrolling through the list of HBO offerings, sometimes all of the shows will suddenly vanish from the screen until brought back by scrolling up and down a few times. With Craves great library, a little more work to the user experience would go a long way towards improving the service overall.

Bizarre cookie requirements and broken AppleTV activation will be a showstopper after free trial. Also, servers bog down and video stutters a LOT. Too bad, the price was fair.

I can get around some of the search features and such, but having to log in with a username and password is so frustrating and slow (and sometimes buggy) I will usually switch to Netflix or Shomi.

Why bell wont improve this i dont know. Going to cancel Crave because i cant use this app 1 more day!

How is it possible with the resources Bell has to put out this app for streaming content? Terrible UI and constant buffering problems streaming a show. Even get kicked out of watching despite being on a high speed broadband internet service. Shameful.

Literally the worst app I have ever used

Signs me out every time. Unintuitive navigation. This app needs a major overhaul to be a contender against other streaming services.

There are no other words. Good content horrible delivery. Crave tv should offer a no charge service until they get it right on delivering content.

I got this app because I like the content available on Crave. This app is slow to load on my iPad and has crashed twice on my Apple TV. Its a little bit of a let down. I hope they do better on the next revision...

Terrible app. Not just on iPad but on Samsung TV too! Bell has some work to do in order to make it usable...

needs a little work to perfect, content is pretty good but we NEED game of thrones PLEASE
